Rooted in Strength fitness challenge is coming to the FLC. This fitness challenge is for the WHOLE church. Adults and Children! The church’s goal will be 75,000 minutes of exercise in 3 months (January-March). That’s 150 minutes of exercise for 12 weeks for 50 people! David Keel, FLC Director, will be offering fitness assessment appointments starting in December to give you a personalized plan to help HBBC reach our goal!

Contact David Keel, FLC Director, to officially register for the challenge.  He has a booklet with helpful hints and tracking charts for you to pick up in the FLC.

If you have signed up for the challenge, you will enter your weekly minutes here starting January 1.
