Rooted in Strength Fitness Challenge

HBBC’s three-month fitness challenge is back from January 1-March 31. The challenge is for the WHOLE church (adult and child booklets available). The churchwide goal this year is to track 85,000 minutes of exercise.

There will be two prizes given away this year. One for the person with the most minutes exercised and another for anyone that maintains or loses weight during the three-month challenge.

David Keel will be offering before and after fitness assessment appointments again this year. He will also be sending out weekly fitness tips and reminders to log your minutes to anyone who signs up.
